Tasting Notes: Medium-bodied with filigree tannin, rather taut and linear, acid and sapid, perfectly balanced, certainly an excellent product. Delicious bouquet with that pure essence of berries and timid herbaceous notes, it is fresh and vigorous.
Food Pairing: Pairs well with goose, duck, pork, cheese and game birds
