‘Catullo’ is a Valpolicella Ripasso Classico Superiore, certainly one of the most important wines produced by the Bertani winery. Vinified from 70% Corvina Veronese, 20% Corvinone, 10% Rondinella grapes it is characterized by its original organoleptic profile at the same time.

This red is a full, soft, round and lively wine, with very intense notes of dark fruit, blackberry, black currant and ripe cherry. A slight sapidity with a finish of great persistence.

Pairing: Medium Matured Cheeses, grilled and roast meat and game.
