This property had been created in 1910, a few hundred yard from the city center. In 1978, Mr Michel TERRAS takes over this property. He takes
a great care of is wine which is very consistent in quality. The very old vines, over 45 years old in average, gives a natural low yield and
complexity to this wine. Also the former owner was a nursery gardener; the chateau has thus been, in a way, a in-field experiment and many different types of rootstock
had been planted, giving part of the reason of the complexity of the wine.
